The breathtakingly
beautiful Mendocino Coast
provides a soul-stirring setting
for From Women's Hearts and
Hands Guitar Camp. We host
classes, meals, song circles,
and open no-mics in a historic
Farmhouse located on a nature
preserve, across the road from
the Pacific Ocean. The Farmhouse
is gracious, beautiful, and
comfortable, but not luxurious.
If you enjoy crackling fires,
garden dining, birdsong and
meadow flowers, forest jam
spaces, and a private apple
orchard, you will like the
Farmhouse.
Many campers find time to hike,
and to visit the beaches and
bluffs.
Most campers lodge in the
Farmhouse bedrooms, or in cabins
on the nature preserve. Some
camp in their tents or RVs on
the Farmhouse grounds.

Farmhouse
bedrooms are rustic and
modestly appointed. They occupy the
second storey of the two-storey
Farmhouse. Campers who lodge in
Farmhouse bedrooms share one
second-storey bathroom. We offer shared
and private bedrooms.
Cabins are located within 50
yards of the Farmhouse. They are rustic
and modestly appointed. Cabins have no
plumbing, and are heated with wood
stoves. Cabin campers use showers and bathrooms in the Farmhouse.
Tent campers pitch their tents in
a beautiful meadow adjacent to the
Farmhouse. They are welcome to use showers and bathrooms in the Farmhouse.
RV/Van Campers park in a lot on the
Farmhouse grounds, approximately 75
yards from the Farmhouse. RV/Van campers are welcome to use showers and bathrooms in the Farmhouse.
Guitar Camp is located about 4.25 hours
northwest of San Francisco International
Airport, 3.75 hours from Oakland
International Airport, and 2.75 hours
from the Santa Rosa Airport. We
ask that you arrive between 4:30 p.m.
and 6:00 p.m., so it's a good idea to
book an early flight. |

We
help link air-traveler campers with
others arriving the same day. This way,
you can rent a car and drive to camp
together. We can also give you the names
and phone numbers of campers who have
offered to drive others to camp from the
San Francisco Bay area. These generous
souls have sometimes been willing to
stop at the airport and pick up flyers.
